Job Summary

This role is based in Munich, supporting the IT infrastructure—specifically client workstations and server landscapes—for mid-sized companies. The core responsibility involves coordinating incident resolution and managing service requests within the Microsoft environment, focusing heavily on Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Windows Server systems. You will handle incident management, process service requests, manage end-users and their clients, and ensure contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Informatics or comparable IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and possesses initial practical experience operating complex IT infrastructures. Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Change Management, is essential. This position offers a stable, future-proof role with flexible working models and the opportunity for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Informatics or comparable IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Administrator, Technical Informatics Engineer)

Experience

  • Initial practical experience operating complex IT infrastructures
  • Experience with ITIL processes, specifically Incident and Change Management
  • Experience managing Windows Clients and Windows Server systems
