This role is for an IT Specialist joining a Service Desk team in Berlin, supporting seamless IT processes for a company with over 1,000 specialists across six countries. The specialist will serve as the technical point of contact for national and international support inquiries, handling them in person, via phone, or email. Key responsibilities include managing user requests from initial analysis through to solution implementation, performing client installation and administration, and conducting user training. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in the IT field (such as IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics) and initial professional experience in IT Service or Support.
