Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IMAC Technician to join a nationwide service provider in Hamburg, focusing on critical on-site and field support within 2nd Level operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) support for end-user devices such as notebooks, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. You will also handle Smart Hand support for server and network issues, manage application installations, and create data backups. The ideal candidate possesses experience in Onsite Support for Windows 7 and 10 environments, Mobile Device Management, and practical skills in installation and backup procedures.
