Job Summary
This Associate Director, Clinical Data Management role involves providing comprehensive data management expertise to ensure high-quality deliverables across clinical studies within a specific portfolio. The successful candidate will lead Clinical Data Management Teams, overseeing the operational and administrative execution of clinical trials, including day-to-day people management, resource planning, and hiring. A key responsibility is working closely with senior leadership to develop forward strategies and processes, ensuring strict compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and regulatory guidelines. The role requires supervising clinical data management activities according to BioNTech standards, managing vendor relationships, and actively contributing to the development and implementation of new data management technologies and tools. Candidates must possess a scientific background, a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in Clinical Data Management, and proven expertise in team leadership and resource planning to manage complex global clinical programs effectively.
