Job Summary

This full-time role involves managing Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) across multiple sites in Germany and Austria (DACH region). The SHE Manager acts as the primary contact for all employees regarding SHE topics, including waste management, biosafety, fire protection, and accident prevention. Key responsibilities include monitoring compliance with legal and regulatory SHE requirements, creating risk assessments and operating instructions, and supporting the development and maintenance of integrated management systems (ISO 45001, 14001, 50001). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field, and possesses fundamental knowledge of SHE management systems. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, a solution-oriented approach, and fluency in both German and English, with a willingness to travel regularly between sites.
