Job Summary

This critical role involves ensuring the stability, security, and operational readiness of the entire IT infrastructure for a company supporting the German Armed Forces. The administrator will be heavily involved in the planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance of diverse systems, including Enterprise Storage solutions (NetApp, Pure Storage), advanced Virtualization environments (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V), and hybrid Cloud setups (M365, Azure, AWS). A core responsibility is cybersecurity, requiring the identification of vulnerabilities, development of preventive measures, monitoring security events, and effective incident response. The ideal candidate must possess at least five years of professional experience in system and network administration, strong problem-solving skills, and fluent German proficiency (C1).
