Job Summary

This role requires an experienced Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and control complex, cross-site automation projects, with a strong focus on implementing and integrating SCADA systems across various business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring strict adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector. Key tasks include collaborating closely with internal departments (Engineering, Production) and external suppliers, driving the creation of detailed requirement specifications (Lasten- and Pflichtenheft), and overseeing the design, configuration, and integration of SCADA technologies into existing processes. Candidates must possess a degree or technician qualification in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Informatics, coupled with several years of relevant project management experience, ideally in specialized plant construction. Fluent communication skills in both German and English are necessary for managing project team meetings and engaging with international clients.
