Job Summary

This role seeks a highly organized SCADA Project Manager to lead the planning, organization, and control of complex, cross-site SCADA projects, primarily focused on unique pharmaceutical freeze-drying systems for international clientele. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing multiple parallel machine projects, allocating resources, and strictly controlling project parameters (cost, quality, and deadlines). The manager acts as the primary point of contact for international customers, leading meetings predominantly in English, negotiating contract amendments, and managing claims lists. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Informatics and possesses excellent knowledge of SCADA, visualization systems, and plant automation. Several years of project management experience, ideally within the specialized machinery or pharmaceutical sector, is essential.
