Job Summary

This role involves coordinating data processing (DV) activities within the Finance Department of a major German social insurance provider. The coordinator will focus primarily on the core applications phoenics.ZW (Payment System) and SAP FI/CO. Key daily responsibilities include managing requirements and errors for these systems, actively participating in internal and cross-organizational expert working groups, and leading projects or sub-projects. A major focus is analyzing, optimizing, and further developing the financial business processes that serve as cross-sectional services for other departments. Candidates must possess detailed knowledge of financial processes, extensive experience with SAP FI/CO, and strong analytical and conceptual abilities. Required Skills

Education

University Degree (Bachelor/FH Diploma) in Social Insurance (Accident Insurance focus) or Business Administration, OR FPO certification, OR relevant vocational training combined with required professional experience.

Experience

Minimum two years of relevant professional experience (required if vocational training is the primary qualification)
Detailed knowledge of financial processes and their impact on organizational structure
Extensive experience with SAP FI/CO
Professional experience in leading projects and sub-projects
