Job Summary

This role is pivotal in driving the expansion of E.ON Drive GmbH's electromobility infrastructure across Germany. The Team Lead will spearhead the Location Management team, focusing on the comprehensive research, analysis, and acquisition of sites for High Power Chargers. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading location evaluation managers, managing complex lease and rental negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and collaborating closely with internal technical teams and external stakeholders, including local authorities, to secure necessary permits. Candidates must possess a University degree in Real Estate, Business, or Engineering, coupled with significant professional experience in site evaluation, ideally within the eMobility or renewable energy sectors. Exceptional negotiation and proven leadership skills are essential for success in this impactful position, which directly contributes to the energy transition.
