Job Summary

This Senior Manager role focuses on driving operational and economic optimization within a network of dermatological practices and clinics (MVZs). The core responsibilities involve analyzing, restructuring, and enhancing the efficiency of these units, delivering both quick wins and sustainable improvements to achieve financial targets. A key function is establishing and evolving Business Excellence standards, best practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure long-term operational quality. The successful candidate will manage complex processes and interfaces—including medical, administrative, and organizational workflows—requiring strong stakeholder and change management skills to secure buy-in from doctors, practice leaders, and regional management. Candidates must possess a relevant degree, substantial professional experience in performance management or restructuring (preferably in healthcare), and proven expertise in project management and financial analysis (EBITDA, P&L). This position requires significant travel within Germany and Switzerland.
