This critical senior role involves the nationwide strategic steering and operational management of all revenue activities, encompassing statutory (GKV), private (PKV), and self-pay services for multiple medical centers (MVZ). Day-to-day duties include coordinating complex billing processes with payers like the Statutory Health Insurance Associations (KVB), developing group-wide standards, and leading key projects such as the implementation of the new GOÄ (German Fee Schedule for Physicians). The manager acts as the primary interface between regional management, IT, and controlling departments, focusing on building robust KPI and reporting systems to ensure revenue assurance and efficiency. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Administration or relevant commercial training combined with several years of professional experience in outpatient billing within the German healthcare sector.
