Job Summary

This role involves the administration and enhancement of IT security infrastructure, focusing heavily on Windows Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, and Azure environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and securing network technologies (LAN, WLAN, segmentation), operating firewalls, switches, and various IT security systems like VPN and Endpoint Security. The administrator will be responsible for implementing security updates, patches, and configuration changes, while also developing essential documentation, policies, and emergency concepts. A key component of the role is providing Second-Level Support and collaborating with global IT Security teams to analyze and document security incidents, ensuring compliance with local and global security guidelines. Candidates must possess a strong background, including at least five years of experience in IT security administration, coupled with fluent German and English skills, making this a critical position for maintaining robust security operations in a global context.
