Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to take professional responsibility for coordinating and managing 1st-Level Support operations, often across multiple locations. Key duties include receiving, categorizing, and coordinating IT disruptions, distributing tickets across teams, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation of issues. The specialist will analyze and resolve reported software and hardware problems, both remotely and on-site, and collaborate with 2nd and 3rd-Level support when necessary. A core component of the role involves the administration of Windows client systems, including managing software distribution, coordinating security updates, and creating/updating technical documentation. Furthermore, the specialist is responsible for the procurement, installation, configuration, and setup of all client hardware, including notebooks, desktops, and mobile devices (iOS/Android). Candidates must possess vocational training in IT System Integration or equivalent, several years of IT helpdesk experience, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
