Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Python Developer to join the Digital Services and Innovation department in Wiesbaden, focusing on automating complex workflows to enhance security and efficiency within a federal agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of software solutions, including design, implementation, bug fixing, and continuous development. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diploma [FH] or Bachelor) in Computer Science, or comparable abilities and experience, or a completed vocational training with an IT focus.

Experience

  • Professional experience in software development covering the entire solution lifecycle
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in a relevant IT field (required if lacking a university degree)
  • Experience with Django Framework
  • Experience with software containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
