Job Summary
This is a secure, full-time Service Technician position based in Hennigsdorf, offering the chance to join an innovative team focused on the future of electrical engineering within rail vehicle construction at Alstom. The core responsibilities involve the installation, maintenance, and repair of rail vehicles, including detailed troubleshooting and diagnostics. You will be responsible for performing safety checks, assembling mechanical and electrical components (such as air conditioning systems), and precisely preparing and connecting cables, wiring harnesses, and connection systems based on technical specifications and drawings. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an Electrician, Electrical Technician, or equivalent, and brings enthusiasm for new technologies. This role requires strong teamwork and fluent German communication skills for comprehensive report generation. The position offers planning security with a predictable, family-friendly 2-shift schedule (Monday to Friday) and excellent opportunities for permanent employment.
