R&D Lab Technician | R&D Lab Technician (f/m/d) - fixed-term until December 2027

Job Summary

The R&D Lab Technician will be instrumental in supporting product development, improvement, and maintenance activities, specifically focusing on immunoassays within the healthcare industry. Daily tasks involve assisting with research, analysis, and experimentation for product and process development, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, and executing assay and application verification/validation using established protocols. A key responsibility is maintaining laboratory equipment, ordering supplies, and ensuring strict compliance with Quality and Environmental Standards. The ideal candidate must have a completed apprenticeship as a biological technician, several years of relevant industry experience (preferably in Life Sciences or Diagnostics), and advanced knowledge of analyzers and reagent processes. This is a fixed-term contract until December 2027, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent English communication skills.
