Job Summary
This critical role involves the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team focused on developing and implementing Document Management and Archiving Solutions across the Liebherr Group. The Team Lead will coordinate and prioritize implementation activities for central solutions, such as SER Doxis and LiDA, while ensuring seamless technical integration of document-related processes into core system landscapes, including SAP, HR systems, PLM, and ERP. Responsibilities also include coordinating interface development for automated document generation and distribution, and rigorously ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal archiving requirements. The ideal candidate will possess multiple years of relevant professional experience, strong communication skills in both German and English, and an interest in leadership. This position offers a secure, permanent role within an international family company, promoting standardization and digitalization across global IT standards.
