Job Summary
This role involves the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Document Management Solutions team within the Implementation Services Shell Department. The Team Lead will be responsible for steering and coordinating project and implementation activities for central solutions like SER Doxis and LiDA, ensuring the technical integration of document-related processes into existing system landscapes, including SAP, HR, PLM, and ERP systems. A core focus is coordinating interface development (e.g., CIM, CPT) for automated document handling and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements concerning governance and legal archiving duties. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in document management or comparable IT solutions, demonstrates strong leadership potential, and is committed to developing global DMS standards and supporting solution rollouts and training. Success requires strong communication skills in both German and English, a structured, solution-oriented approach, and entrepreneurial thinking.
