Job Summary

This role involves acting as an IT Consultant specializing in software ergonomics, accessibility, and participation procedures for a leading IT company in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating IT systems, software products, and specialized procedures concerning usability, software ergonomics, and digital accessibility, adhering to standards like BITV and WCAG. A key part of the role includes preparing expert reports for submission in participation procedures as per legal requirements, advising on IT workstation equipment (mobile/stationary), and supporting compliance with regulatory guidelines, especially in public procurement and co-determination processes.
