This leadership position involves managing the maintenance operations for Small Profile subway vehicles, ensuring the timely and high-quality provision of maintained rolling stock. The Group Leader is responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of 30 employees, overseeing the planning, organization, and supervision of all maintenance measures and personnel deployment. A core focus is process optimization—reducing maintenance costs, increasing efficiency, and ensuring sustainable quality. You will also monitor the fleet for potential weaknesses and contribute to technical improvements and the commissioning of new or modernized vehicles. Key requirements include a university degree in Vehicle, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent long-term experience), proven leadership skills, and excellent German (C1).
