Job Summary

This full-time, fixed-term position offers an opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim, focusing on quality control and production support. The Optical Inspection Operator is responsible for the preparation, cleaning, disinfection, and monitoring of complex production and optical control systems. Core daily tasks include ensuring equipment readiness, performing microbiological environment controls, executing filter tests, and meticulously documenting all activities using Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) forms and manufacturing instructions. A key function involves the semi-automatic and manual visual inspection of syringes and vials. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training and demonstrate mandatory fluent German skills, both written and spoken. Basic PC knowledge (Excel, Word, MES) and experience in hygiene practices are required, while prior professional experience in a similar field and knowledge of GMP and machine operation are highly advantageous.
