Job Summary

The successful candidate will join a market-leading mechanical engineering company, taking on a crucial and varied role as a Technical Project Administrator. You will be the primary point of contact for national and international customers, providing expert advice on innovative products. Responsibilities span the entire project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies and quotation generation through to final delivery coordination. A significant part of the role involves internal sales support, coordinating customer orders, and assisting the Product Management team with tasks like new product introduction and pricing strategy. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and excellent communication in both German and English (French is a a plus) to advise and train clients. Required Skills

Education

Vocational Technical Qualification (e.g., Mechanic) combined with Higher Commercial/Technical Further Education (e.g., Technical Specialist HF) or Commercial Qualification in an industrial environment.

Experience

  • Technical background (e.g., Polymechaniker) combined with commercial further education (e.g., Technical Businessman, Technician HF)
  • Professional experience in internal sales support and order processing within the industrial sector (advantageous)
  • Experience advising international clients (advantageous)
