Job Summary

This versatile role as an ICT Helpdesk Specialist (1st and 2nd Level) is based within an international mechanical engineering group in Winterthur. You will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations by providing technical support to internal staff in both German and English. Daily tasks involve troubleshooting issues, managing the ticketing system, coordinating external technicians, and escalating complex problems to Engineering or 3rd Level Support. Furthermore, you will manage user lifecycle processes, including onboarding new employees, administering permissions, and handling system mutations. This position offers exposure to various projects, such as process optimization, system migrations, and rollouts, allowing you to contribute actively to maintaining the entire ICT infrastructure.
