Job Summary

This role involves leading and executing challenging electrical engineering (ELT) systems projects within the Technical Building Equipment (TGA) sector. The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, control, and implementation of these systems, managing internal teams, external specialist planners, and subcontractors. A core focus is ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are met across all project phases (HOAI LPH 1–9). Key daily tasks include reviewing and optimizing designs, calculations, and standards, and developing strategic solutions for project challenges. Candidates must possess a degree in relevant engineering fields, extensive experience in planning and managing ELT systems, and strong leadership capabilities, coupled with proficiency in CAD software like Revit or AutoCAD, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced, solution-oriented professional.
