Job Summary

This Senior Scientist role focuses on leveraging scientific expertise to lead and execute complex customer projects within a strict GMP-regulated environment, specifically supporting the research and development of innovative biopharmaceuticals. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, guiding analytical strategy, applying advanced laboratory techniques such as HPLC, particle analytics, and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), and ensuring full adherence to SOPs and pharmacopoeias. A critical component of the role involves quality management, including the management of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls in compliance with regulatory guidelines. This position requires close collaboration across internal teams and serving as a project leader for global client projects, overseeing planning, method implementation, characterization, and reporting.
