Job Summary

This Senior Scientist role involves acting as a subject matter expert within a global Contract Research and Development Organization (CRDO), focusing on the successful execution and development of liquid chromatography (LC) analysis for worldwide clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the LC characterization of complex biopharmaceutical molecules (proteins, peptides, nucleic acids), including the de novo development, transfer, and troubleshooting of analytical methods. The successful candidate will maintain cutting-edge scientific knowledge in LC, drive innovation to meet evolving business needs, and ensure seamless collaboration across interdisciplinary teams. Furthermore, you will function as a project leader for client projects, overseeing planning, method implementation, data evaluation, and reporting activities. This position is ideal for an experienced analytical chemist looking to apply deep expertise in LC to accelerate the development of innovative drugs from preclinical stages to commercialization, working in a diverse team environment near Munich, Germany.
