This role seeks a dedicated Payroll and Tax Consulting Assistant to manage complex compensation and compliance tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling correspondence with various authorities, such as social security providers and health insurance companies, and providing expert advice on all billing and remuneration-related issues. A core function is the independent, timely creation and booking of monthly wage and salary statements. The ideal candidate must possess a strong commercial background, preferably augmented by additional qualifications in HR or payroll specialization (e.g., Certified Payroll Specialist).
