This role involves acting as a key assistant in tax consulting, focusing primarily on independently managing and booking monthly payroll and salary statements, ensuring all processes are accurate and timely. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling comprehensive correspondence with social security providers, health insurance funds, and various authorities. The specialist will also provide crucial advice on all compensation-related, billing-relevant, and socio-legal tax questions. Candidates must possess a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by a qualification such as an HR Specialist or Specialist Assistant for Payroll and Salary. Success requires a deep, current understanding of wage tax, labor, and social security law, coupled with practical experience using personnel, billing, and time tracking systems. Required Skills

Education
