This role supports the Global Innovation Animal Health clinical team by actively contributing to the development of animal models crucial for identifying new antiparasitic compounds during the early research phase. The Biological-Technical Assistant will primarily focus on laboratory-related tasks, including the independent execution of animal experiments, specifically involving rodents, after initial training. Key daily activities involve participating in the planning and execution of non-routine experiments, operating and maintaining specialized laboratory equipment, and generating essential documentation such as protocols and technical reports. Success requires specialized professional training (e.g., as a Laboratory Technician), several years of experience in a biological research laboratory, and expertise in handling animals within regulatory constraints.
