Job Summary

This full-time, temporary position (covering parental/maternity leave) in Dresden focuses on driving innovation within the State Office for Road Construction and Transport (LASuV). The specialist will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of knowledge management systems, including setting up, maintaining, and updating a central knowledge database and electronic regulations administration. A major component of the role involves the implementation and support of Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, requiring technical adaptation of IT standards, development of BIM fundamentals (AIA, BAP, CDE), and consulting on internal BIM projects. Furthermore, you will develop and introduce new software and IT-supported administrative procedures, manage pilot programs, create user guides, and handle procurement processes. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Business Informatics or a related field, demonstrate fluent German proficiency (C1), and hold a valid Class B driving license. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent diploma in Business Informatics or another suitable scientific field

Experience

  • Professional knowledge in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Professional experience with database systems and data management
  • Professional knowledge of administrative structures and processes, preferably within road construction administration
  • Affinity for programming and scripting (with AI support)
