Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the reliable operation of technical building systems across various properties in the Dresden region. The Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of electrical building technology, including troubleshooting and performing minor repairs. Key daily tasks include conducting regular inspection rounds, maintaining detailed fault, testing, maintenance, and inspection reports, and coordinating external contractors for larger repair and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in electrical engineering or electronics for energy and building technology, relevant professional experience, and a Class B driving license.
