Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing technical facility management operations for a specific property in Göttingen. The Site Manager is responsible for the deployment and leadership of technical teams, ensuring the quality and efficiency of all technical processes, including maintenance and repair. A key focus is on economic performance, requiring strict cost and revenue control and budget adherence. The manager will also handle client communication, manage existing contracts, and coordinate all service areas for the FM customer. This position requires proven technical expertise, preferably as a certified Technician or Master in electrical or HVAC systems, combined with initial leadership experience and strong organizational skills, offering the security of a large company and a company car for private use.
