Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing a team within a growing biotechnology company specializing in sustainable biological processes and the production of pharmaceutical active ingredients for cancer therapy. The Team Leader will coordinate and execute projects focused on process and plant optimization, specifically ensuring compliance with GMP-relevant systems. Key responsibilities include managing complex manufacturing processes from lab scale up to 75,000-liter bioreactors, creating and reviewing GMP-compliant documentation for all process steps, and ensuring adherence to legal and operational requirements regarding occupational safety and environmental protection. The ideal candidate holds a technical university degree (BSc, MSc) in Natural Sciences, Biotechnology, or Process Engineering, or an equivalent qualification like an Industrial Master in Chemistry or Pharmacy, coupled with experience in GMP quality standards.
