Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged and flexible Team Leader to oversee GMP Production for a growing biotechnology firm specializing in plant cell culture fermentation and pharmaceutical active ingredients for cancer therapy. The core responsibilities involve coordinating and executing projects focused on process and plant optimization, particularly concerning GMP-relevant systems. The leader will ensure strict adherence to legal and operational requirements regarding safety and environmental protection, manage GMP-compliant documentation for all process steps, and, on a representative basis, plan and monitor complex manufacturing processes ranging from lab scale up to massive 75,000-liter bioreactors. You will also lead work groups, managing staffing and scheduling. Key qualifications include a technical university degree (BSc/MSc) in fields like Biotechnology or Process Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, coupled with essential experience in GMP quality standards within production and laboratory settings.
