Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive IT Application Manager focused on ensuring seamless operation and evolution of critical business applications. You will be the primary point of contact for application management, handling everything from processing change requests and conducting feasibility analyses to planning and executing system releases. A key responsibility involves providing crucial 2nd-level support, coordinating closely with internal support teams (1st level) and external vendors (3rd level). You will also be responsible for configuring, monitoring technical workflows, and performing functional and integration testing. Success requires strong conceptual and analytical thinking to translate requirements from specialized departments into actionable technical solutions. Candidates should possess a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in application support or IT system administration, and excellent command of the English language.
