Job Summary

This dual-role position requires an experienced professional to function as both an IT Project Manager and a Solution Architect, focusing specifically on Service Design implementations. The core responsibilities involve taking full organizational and technical ownership of IT solution introductions, managing them through completion, and ensuring a smooth transition to IT Operations. Day-to-day tasks include planning, organizing, and steering complex IT projects, diligently monitoring progress, providing detailed reporting on project status, and implementing necessary corrective actions to keep projects on track. A key aspect of the role is coordinating external service providers and processing new project inquiries in collaboration with the internal IT team up to the decision-making stage. Candidates must possess a strong academic background in IT or Engineering, coupled with extensive practical experience in leading IT projects and a deep understanding of various project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
