IT Systems Engineer | Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is centered on the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of the company's critical IT systems and networks within a research-intensive pharmaceutical environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing 1st and 2nd Level support both remotely and on-site, and setting up and configuring end-user hardware. A key focus is the management of user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Azure, alongside supporting the operation and development of the overall IT infrastructure. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification, multi-year professional experience in system administration, and robust knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, virtualization (VMware), and networking components. The position requires excellent German and good English skills, a structured approach, and a Class B driver's license, offering the chance to work in small teams with modern workplaces and opportunities for further development.
