Job Summary

This role involves leading the planning, control, and execution of ramp-up phases for large-scale technical manufacturing projects, guiding them from initial prototype production to stable series manufacturing. The Project Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, roadmaps, and milestone structures, while actively tracking work packages and leading project meetings. A core function is conducting risk and opportunity analyses, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and managing structured deviation and change processes, including defining corrective and preventive actions. Key requirements include a background in electronics or electrical engineering, combined with further technical or industrial engineering qualifications, and solid project management expertise, especially in manufacturing ramp-up. The ideal candidate is structured, solution-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, agile, and interdisciplinary team environment, acting as a critical interface between development, production, quality, and external stakeholders.
