Job Summary

The Process Technology Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring technological excellence and quality across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the full lifecycle management of manufacturing processes, including the introduction and qualification of new technologies and equipment through Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). You will be responsible for designing and executing trials to qualify new processes, ultimately approving manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and checklists. A key function involves training and qualifying employees in essential quality methodologies such as APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP. Furthermore, you will act as a technological consultant for internal departments, customers, and suppliers, lead root cause analyses, and plan and execute both internal and external process audits. This role requires a strong technical background in materials science (electrical and mechanical) and practical experience in process validation.
