IT Application Owner/Specialist | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional to take on the Application Owner (Product Owner) responsibility for TÜV SÜD's crucial, group-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. Day-to-day tasks involve strategic development of the IAM application, including managing the product roadmap, handling release planning, and overseeing budget and external service provider coordination. The specialist ensures operational excellence by managing maintenance, customizing, and providing 3rd-level support while maintaining strict quality and cost control. A successful candidate must possess a degree in Informatics or a related field, coupled with at least three years of experience in IT consulting or application management. Strong knowledge of Identity Management principles and excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential for collaborating across departments and addressing technical, organizational, and data protection concerns.
