Job Summary

This critical role involves serving as the overall accountable manager for a specific customer, overseeing all associated projects, certifications, and communications within the quality, safety, and sustainability sector. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for the P&L of the client account, managing revenue, costs, and resources, and ensuring the timely completion of all project milestones (A2C). Key daily activities include business development for all services, establishing and leading a dedicated customer team, monitoring project KPIs, managing escalations, and conducting regular customer meetings to provide updates and forecasting. This position requires strong project management skills and specific experience within the medical device industry, particularly concerning regulatory requirements like the MDR and IVDR, ensuring compliance and fostering long-term customer trust and value.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as engineering or biotechnology

Experience

  • Preferably 2 years in a customer-facing role within the medical device industry
  • Professional experience in P&L accountability for customer accounts
  • Professional experience in business development of technical services
  • Professional experience in managing operational projects and issuing directives
