This role as an IT Business Consultant is centered on bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Day-to-day tasks involve actively advising stakeholders on improvement potentials and developing innovative, sustainable organizational or system-technical solutions. You will manage diverse change requests, acting as the primary interface between business units and IT teams. A crucial part of the role is identifying, analyzing, and specifying complex functional requirements for IT systems, translating these into functional concepts, and supporting the integration and testing of solutions within the existing IT landscape. Qualifications require a completed technical or economic degree, high IT affinity—including familiarity with SQL—and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent business process understanding.
