Job Summary

This role is ideal for a Business Informatics Specialist with over three years of professional experience, focusing on bridging the gap between business processes and IT solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and documenting business processes using diagrams and acceptance criteria, acting as the primary IT contact for specific applications, and managing their support and development. The specialist will coordinate between external service providers, business units, and the development team, translating functional requirements into Epics and User Stories in Jira and documenting them in Confluence. Success in this position requires a high degree of IT affinity, strong analytical skills, and a structured approach to managing change requests and supporting the integration and testing of new IT solutions, ultimately ensuring clear user documentation and conducting necessary stakeholder training. This is a long-term, full-time position offering flexible working hours and home office options.
