Job Summary

This role drives the future of Computed Tomography (CT) by coordinating scientific collaborations and managing clinical data across Europe. The manager is responsible for planning and overseeing scientific studies conducted with clinical and scientific institutes. Key daily tasks include defining the scope of collaborations in close alignment with R&D, Product Management, and Marketing, serving as the central contact point for clinical partners, and ensuring all cooperation contracts adhere to legal and compliance standards. The position also requires strategic vendor management for clinical study execution and data annotation, and presenting research findings internally and externally. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or medical field (Physics, Medical Technology, Medicine) and several years of professional experience, ideally in CT or MR medical imaging, or a PhD in the area. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory to succeed in this dynamic, international environment at Siemens Healthineers.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree in Physics, Medical Technology, Medicine, or a comparable field (or a PhD in the field).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in medical imaging, ideally in Computed Tomography (CT) or Magnetic Resonance (MR).
  • Professional experience in a clinical environment or cooperating with physicians and medical specialists (preferred).
  • Experience in drafting research and cooperation contracts (preferred).
  • Experience in strategic vendor management for clinical studies and data annotation.
