A core responsibility involves securing necessary permits and approvals, managing contracts, drafting and evaluating tenders, and coordinating extensively with internal departments, contractors, and regulatory bodies like the EBA (Federal Railway Authority). The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering, and possesses professional experience in handling construction projects.
