Job Summary

This senior executive role offers the opportunity to actively shape the energy transition in Berlin and Brandenburg by leading the new Operations division and reporting directly to the Management Board. The Head of Operations will oversee the strategic alignment and development of three teams, totaling approximately 30 employees, ensuring work safety and future-oriented growth. Key responsibilities encompass the entire end-to-end process, including plant operation, maintenance, optimization, energy procurement, customer service, and financial processing (billing and payment). Candidates must possess a completed degree in Engineering, Energy Technology, or Industrial Engineering, coupled with several years of leadership experience in Asset Management or Plant Operations, ideally within the heating market. Success in this role requires strong project management expertise, modern leadership skills, and the ability to drive change through communication and goal orientation.
