Job Summary

This role requires an experienced professional to lead the Electrical Engineering team in Munich/Karlsfeld, focusing on technical execution and personnel management. Key responsibilities include the independent leadership, motivation, and deployment planning of the electronics team. You will ensure the technically flawless, timely, and economical execution of core services, including creating comprehensive project documentation and upholding contractual obligations with clients. A significant part of the job involves preparing offers and cost estimates, participating in client meetings, and managing subcontractors, ensuring quality control and supporting acceptance inspections. The ideal candidate holds qualifications such as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Electrician, coupled with proven experience in employee leadership, preferably within technical facility management. Success requires a high degree of personal initiative, strong responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and excellent customer and service orientation, along with proficiency in MS Office tools.
