This role offers an experienced Planning Engineer the unique opportunity to develop into a certified Plan or Acceptance Inspector for Railway Control and Safety Technology at Deutsche Bahn in Leipzig. You will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality in railway planning and operations, specializing in areas like digital interlockings, overhead line systems, or power supply. Required Skills
Education
University or technical college degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a comparable field with an electrical engineering focus
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a Planning Engineer in Railway Control and Safety Technology or Electrical Engineering
- Ideally, experience in railway operations
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to work occasionally on weekends, holidays, or at night as an Acceptance Inspector
- Successful completion of medical and psychological suitability examination
- Valid Class B driver's license
