Job Summary

This role involves the technical maintenance and continuous development of the company's existing custom WordPress website. The developer will be responsible for implementing new landing pages, modules, and features based on existing Figma designs, and will play a critical role in the upcoming website relaunch, handling technical migration, testing, and deployment. Day-to-day tasks include implementing minor backend adjustments, such as templates, hooks, and custom post types, while ensuring high code quality and performance optimization. The ideal candidate possesses strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, coupled with practical experience in WordPress development and using Git for version control. Collaboration is key, requiring strong communication skills to work effectively with Marketing, Design, SEO, and Data Analysis specialists in a Kanban environment. The position offers significant flexibility, including 3 days of home office per week, 30 days of vacation, and working within a modern, data-driven team.
